Physical Therapy Modalities
We use western therapeutic movement and diagnostics combined with Eastern point theory to create a recovery plan that’s both science-backed and energetically aligned.
Therapeutic Exercise
Customized corrective and strength-based exercises designed to restore mobility, stabilize joints, and improve functional movement. Programs target posture, core strength, balance, and athletic performance. Ideal for injury recovery, chronic pain, and long-term wellness.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on techniques including joint mobilization, myofascial release, and passive stretching. Manual therapy reduces pain, improves range of motion, and helps reset dysfunctional movement patterns.
Neuromuscular Reeducation
Specialized training to retrain proper muscle activation, improve coordination, and restore efficient movement. Effective for chronic compensations, post-surgical rehab, and improving athletic performance.
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Deep-penetrating soundwave therapy used to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate the healing of soft tissue injuries such as strains, sprains, and tendonitis.
Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim)
Muscle and nerve stimulation to reduce pain, relax spasms, promote circulation, and support muscle reactivation. Helpful for acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative recovery.
Heat & Cold Therapy
Targeted hot or cold applications used to reduce inflammation, relax muscles, and manage acute or chronic pain. Often combined with manual therapy or exercise to enhance treatment outcomes.
Red Light Therapy
A non-invasive, regenerative modality using specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to decrease inflammation, speed up tissue repair, and enhance cellular energy production. Red light therapy supports joint healing, reduces pain, accelerates recovery from injuries, and optimizes overall tissue health. Excellent for chronic pain, soft-tissue strains, and post-workout recovery.
Kinesiology Taping
Supportive taping to reduce strain, enhance circulation, and improve joint stability without restricting movement. Helpful for injuries, posture support, and athletic performance.
Balance & Proprioception Training
Targeted exercises using balance boards, stability systems, and neuromotor drills to improve stability, prevent falls, and enhance athletic coordination.
